I'm Chef Kristie Rivera, and I've been passionate about creating memorable dining experiences since 1998. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco in 2003, I dedicated my career to refining classic recipes while adding my own modern touch. Over the years, I've worked as a private chef, in restaurants, and throughout the hospitality industry, always driven by one goal: creating food that brings people together.

In 2021, my family and I traded the California coastline for the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. Inspired by Florida's boating lifestyle and fresh coastal ingredients, we created Seaside Ceviche to share the vibrant flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine with our new community.

Every recipe is handcrafted using premium ingredients, fresh citrus, crisp vegetables, and carefully selected shrimp. From our signature Classic Seaside Shrimp Ceviche to our tropical Mango Seaside Shrimp Ceviche, each dish is prepared with the same care and attention to detail that has guided my culinary career for more than two decades.
